- Source: instant offers generated through our network of junk-car sites, Mar 2022–Sep 2026 (40,708 offers).
- Exclusions: $0 offers are removed. Groups with fewer than 5 offers are hidden; headline figures need at least 20, and make, model and state rankings at least 50.
- Medians and middle-half ranges (25th–75th percentile) are computed from every qualifying offer in a group and rounded to the nearest $25.
- Body types come from model names; models we could not classify are left out of that comparison.
- Figures are rebuilt from the database nightly. No individual offers or seller details are published. Offers are not guaranteed prices.
