Terms of Service

By using junkurcar.com or submitting a vehicle for an offer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. The Service

JunkUrCar provides an online quoting tool and a nationwide network of licensed buyers and tow operators. Offers are estimates based on the information you provide; the final offer is confirmed at pickup after the buyer inspects the vehicle.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, the legal owner of the vehicle (or an authorized agent), and able to transfer title in accordance with your state's DMV requirements.

3. Accurate Information

You agree the year, make, model, mileage, condition, title status, and location you provide are accurate. The buyer may adjust or rescind the offer if the vehicle does not match your description at pickup (e.g., missing catalytic converter, additional damage, flood history not disclosed).

4. Acceptance and Payment

Offers are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Payment is made at pickup by cash, certified check, or instant transfer at the buyer's discretion. Title and keys must be surrendered at that time.

5. Towing

Free flatbed towing is included in the offer when the vehicle is accessible from a public road. Inaccessible locations, off-road retrieval, or excessive distances may require an additional fee disclosed before pickup.

6. Title and Liability

You are responsible for cancelling registration, insurance, and submitting a Release of Liability with your state DMV after the vehicle is sold. JunkUrCar and its buyers are not liable for tolls, tickets, or other charges accruing after pickup once title has been transferred.

7. Communications

By submitting the form you consent to receive calls, SMS, and email about your offer as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific offer amount, pickup time, or buyer availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JunkUrCar disclaims all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

JunkUrCar's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount actually paid to you for your vehicle, or $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware on an individual basis; class actions are waived.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
