What is free in our flow
JunkUrCar’s referral form is free. Towing is included when you accept an offer through that form; compare the offered amount and confirm the pickup details before accepting. JunkUrCar connects you with a partner buyer and is not the purchaser.
An included tow does not mean unrelated charges are covered. If your car is at an impound lot, repair shop, or storage facility, ask that facility about its release requirements and any outstanding charges. Do not assume the buyer will pay those bills.
How towing and pickup work
Give the exact location and explain whether the vehicle starts, rolls, steers, and has wheels. Mention locked gates, low garages, soft ground, or blocked access. The pickup operator confirms whether the location and equipment are suitable.
Non-running and damaged cars can be considered for an offer without being repaired first. Do not move or drive an unsafe car to prepare it for collection.
What affects the offer
Year, make, model, actual condition, title status, missing components, location, and recovery access affect the offer. Included towing is part of the quote; it does not make offers identical across locations or conditions.
Describe damage and missing parts accurately. The buyer confirms the vehicle and paperwork before completing the transaction. Offers are not guaranteed.
How scheduling works
After you accept an offer, the buyer contacts you to schedule pickup. Timing depends on local tow-operator availability, access, and completion of required paperwork. Confirm the arrangement directly rather than assuming a particular pickup day.
Answer the buyer’s calls and texts, have the title and identification ready as required, and tell the operator about access restrictions before dispatch. Contact the buyer if your availability changes.
Preparing for handover
Remove personal belongings and arrange authorized access to the car. Follow your state’s rules for title signatures, plates, notice of sale, and any lien release. Confirm payment arrangements and keep copies of the transaction records.
